This is the sheet music used in the "Romantic and Contemporary Music Concert by Master Oboist, Horn Player, and Pianist" (held in October 2025), organized by Japan Entertainment Tokyo.

The trio version was arranged by Yuki Hasegawa and performed by Ms. Marie Koyama, Ms. Yuka Bando, principals of the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra, and Yuki Hasegawa on piano.

This score has been re-orchestrated to create a naturally beautiful trio sound while leaving the original horn part completely intact. Surprisingly, as the autograph manuscript of the original quintet is lost, all currently available scores contain passages that simply do not work if played as printed. Sorting through this conflicting information, this edition was crafted for immediate performance by busy musicians, clearly presenting nuances and note options in a concise manner.
